Trey joined the CC&I Team after leaving Greenwood county where he served as a combo residential inspector. He now serves as one of our best residential inspectors joining the T&T team, known for Terry and Tim making the new team known as Triple T. Trey is very thorough and does his best to protect the home owners new investment, the home. He completed the Building Construction Technology coarse at Piedmont Technical College
and received his Certificate in Carpentry and Diploma in April of 2020. Trey works hard to stay up on new construction technology and often shares his new knowledge with the entire CC&I team. Sharing knowledge seems to be his niche as he also does so with the contractors he interacts with in the field.
