Smoaks Permits

Please submit all permit applications electronically.

 

  1. Download form to your device and “save as”

  2. Fill out form, sign, and save

  3. Submit your saved form to permits@cciservicesllc.com

 

Forms submitted via electronically will be followed up with a phone call from our office with payment information.

If you are not the SC LLR license holder a Permit Agent Authorization Form should be submitted with your permit application.

Permit requests received after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
