right in and acquired his first certification in no time at all. Since coming on board he has really learned a lot. Although young he is really impressive in his ability to communicate and to pickup on things that are not within code from a building discipline aspect. His experience as a paramedic allows him to think quickly on his feet, work well with the public in a manner that is calm, informative, and helpful.
